High Fashion Jol: London Fashion Week
brand activation

Client: HIGH FASHION JOL
OFFICE: LONDON
SEPTEMBER 2023
High Fashion Jol had never activated outside of Nigeria. The brand, owned by one of Nigerian hip hop's most prominent figures, Rahman Jago, had built serious cultural currency at home and their SS23 collection needed a London moment to match it. We had two weeks to make it happen, during London Fashion Week, every consumer was overstimulated, and standing out required more than a good collection.
We built the activation from the ground up. Stock was procured in Lagos and shipped to London within the two week window. For the venue, we brokered a partnership with BeauBeaus, the London urban lifestyle brand founded by Olaoluwlawn, securing discounted event space and access to an established UK customer base that High Fashion had never been able to reach before. We handled visual merchandising, a pre-event shoot, staffing, and the organisational details down to drinks on the night. On the commercial side, we managed payments and ensured full tax compliance for a brand operating across two jurisdictions for the first time.

The activation delivered £30,000 in sales over the event days and drove over 200% growth in website traffic. For a brand with serious ambitions beyond Nigeria, it also marked something more significant — a first foothold in the UK market, a new audience reached, and a replicable blueprint for international activations, documented and handed back to the client for every launch that followed.
